PLATINUM LEVEL
The Platinum Level includes all transportation from Olney, Mt, to the yurt in the Hagglund BV 206. A guide will be provided while skiing or riding and all meals are prepared by our staff.

GOLD LEVEL
The Gold Level includes all transportation from Olney, Mt, to the yurt in the Hagglund BV-206. A guide will be provided while skiing or riding. At this level guests are responsible for bringing and preparing their own meals.

SILVER LEVEL
The Silver Level includes all transportation from Olney, Mt, to the yurt in the Hagglund BV-206. For the first day one of our guides will ski with your EXPERIENCED party. We will then show you the safe routes to the good skiing. Your guide will also show you how the yurt and the cook shack work, leaving your group to enjoy the area on your own. You must have a trip leader* who can document avalanche and first aid training. At this level guest are responsible for bringing and preparing their own meals.
Silver Single Day Rates
$125/day
$1100/day - full cat rental
Requires trip leader* who has previously been to our yurt.
Silver Multi-Day Packages
2 Day/1 Night - $300
3 Day/2 Night - $500
*The designated trip leader must be proficient in route finding, avalanche rescue, first aid, rescue skills, and have the certifications to prove so. A first day guide is required if no one in the group has previously been to the yurt. |

For overnight packages, sleeping accommodations are provided in a 30’ Yurt hut, complete with bunks, wood stove, and dining area. Sleeping bags are not provided but are necessary. A cook tent and outhouse are close for your convenience. |
Cancellation Policy
If you have made reservations and need to cancel we must receive your cancellation notice at least 28 days prior to your scheduled trip. After the 28-day notice, all funds are 100% non-refundable. If the canceling skier can find a replacement guest to fill the seat, then any funds we have received can be transferred to the replacement skier. All cancellations must be received in writing.
In the rare case that skiing must be cancelled due to mechanical failure, Valhalla Adventures, LLC, will provide ski credits for the time missed, which can be applied to another day. Valhalla Adventures, LLC, will not provide a refund for accommodation or meals that have been used. Valhalla Adventures, LLC, cannot be held responsible for weather-related issues. Refunds will not be given for weather or snow condition related issues. Valhalla Adventures, LLC, reserves the right to cancel a package at any time and full refunds will be given. Valhalla Adventures, LLC, cannot be held responsible for any clients' personal inconvenience or travel expenses. They'll guarantee you’ll have an adventure.
